This application collects your applicant type, name, email, role or course of study, organization or institution, country, portrait and statement of interest so ProAI Global can assess delegate applications and manage Congress access.

Application review & your pass

Your information is visible to authorized event organizers. Your portrait is used for review and your personal pass. We remove embedded image metadata and create a centered portrait crop. Uploaded images are not exposed in a public gallery.

Optional attendee poster

Only if you opt in, approved attendees can download a poster containing their name, portrait, role and organization; the poster may also be emailed to them as an attachment. ProAI Global does not receive permission to publish your photo publicly merely because you apply. You choose whether to share your poster.

Your private link

Your unique status link provides access to your application status, photo and approved delegate kit. Keep it private, like a password. If you lose or expose it, contact the event team for help.

Retention & requests

To request correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional photo-use consent, contact [email protected]. ProAI Global must confirm its retention period and operational privacy policy before this portal begins collecting real applications.
